Taryn brings a disciplined, detail-driven approach to bookkeeping, supported by a Master’s degree in Accounting and years of professional experience working with small and mid-sized businesses. Her work is grounded in accuracy, consistency, and responsible financial data handling, ensuring clients receive clean, reliable books they can trust. She focuses on taking the guesswork out of financial reporting, giving business owners the clarity they need to make smart decisions. Whether managing daily transactions or preparing for tax season, Taryn ensures every account is perfectly balanced, organized, and running exactly as it should.
Sr. Accountant
With over 13 years of accounting firm experience, Phillip handles the Senior Accountant role at Ledgerlift with a practical, systems-savvy perspective. A UC Irvine graduate and Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor, Phil specializes in streamlining financial workflows, cleaning up complex ledgers, and maintaining strict data accuracy. Phillip enjoys solving intricate financial puzzles and finding ways to make day-to-day operations run more efficiently. Known for a meticulous eye for detail, he is dedicated to keeping Ledgerlift’s financial processes organized, transparent, and fully optimized to support the rest of the team.
Accountant
Michaella really understands the challenges of managing a business because she used to run one herself. She channels that firsthand, entrepreneurial experience into providing reliable, meticulous bookkeeping that allows business owners to step away from administrative paperwork and focus entirely on growth. Committed to continuous professional development, she is currently expanding her technical expertise by pursuing an Accounting Certificate at UMass Lowell. When she isn't studying or balancing accounts, Michaella loves exploring local hiking trails, knitting, and visiting art galleries, usually accompanied by her loyal Boston Terrier.
